How do I sign in my account?
You simply use the sign-in button on the TaskFlip website to launch your account.
How do I change my personal information?
You can easily change your personal information (username, first name, last name, email and phone) anytime. Just click on the "User Profile" menu in Menu Bar, then the "Edit" button. Edit your information accordingly and click the "Save changes" button.
Where do I change my password?
Just click on the "User Profile" menu in Menu Bar, then the "Change Password" button. Enter current password and new password, confirm it and click the "Save changes" button. Then click the "Logout" link. A new "Member sign in" page will appear, simply sign in using your new password.
Where do I change my timezone?
Just click on the "User Profile" menu in Menu Bar. Scroll down to "Localization settings" and click "Edit" button. Choose the appropriate timezone from the list, and then click the "Save changes" button.
What languages does TaskFlip support?
We currently support the following languages:
  • English
  • Czech
If you would like to use TaskFlip in a language not listed above and would like to help us translate that language, please contact team@taskflip.com.
What format can I enter dates and times in?
TaskFlip supports a number of date and time formats to save you time when entering start and due dates. To change your preference between International and American-style dates, click on "User Profile" menu, scroll down to "Localization settings" and click "Edit" button. Choose the appropriate date and time format from the list, and then click the "Save changes" button.

Available date formats include:
  • dd.mm.yyyy
  • dd/mm/yyyy
  • mm/dd/yyyy
  • yyyy-mm-dd
Available time formats include:
  • HH:MM (15:37)
  • hh:mm a (3:37 pm)
